No Returns or Refunds
Unless an item is faulty then a refund will be offered when items are returned, items are carefully checked before being dispatched for any faults.
The consumer is responsible for washing and drying items appropriately.
Items are non returnable or refundable due to being made to order and personalised.
Please be sure all personalisation requests are correct and postage details as I will not be held responsible for an errors.
